As President of Optimal Hearing I want you to know that we are all listening to you.  My father began in this profession in 1958. He had a very clear way of communicating to me how important it is to listen to our customers.  I assure you that you will not get a computer or someone indifferent to you or your problem.  None of us think that way here.  Everyone at Optimal Hearing is committed to their patients and their profession.
