Veronica is a third generation hearing health professional at Optimal Hearing Systems, a family-owned and operated business that was founded in 1961 in order to better serve Georgia’s and South Carolina’s hearing needs. Optimal Hearing believes customer service is the number one priority and strives to meet all customers’ needs.
Raised in Statesboro, Georgia, Veronica earned a Bachelors of Science in Communication Disorders and Sciences from the University of Oregon. While earning her degree, she was the assistant to Dr. Kathy Roberts at the University’s Clinical Outreach Center. Veronica has extensive knowledge about hearing aids, and her specialization is in patient care and satisfaction as well as modification and fine-tuning of hearing aids. She is also trained in the latest techniques of hearing aid repair, cleaning and verification.
Veronica now resides in Charleston and is heavily involved with the Trident Head Injury Support Group. She is pleased to serve the residents of Walterboro and Summerville, and is looking forward to building a strong relationship with the community.
